Healthcare Operations Specialist

Lexington Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Physician Network Resource Pool team.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will provide hands-on operational support to the Physician Network Resource Pool, with a focus on field training of new personnel and addressing critical project or location needs. As a member of the patient care team, this individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of service delivery through interactions with staff within and outside the practice setting.
- Collaborate closely with PNRP management to fulfill incoming training requests and determine organizational needs by position.
- Facilitate onsite training for new hire team members on various job-specific behaviors and development topics.
- Consolidate and summarize training feedback for new hire team members.
- Manage communication for all training activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- No minimum years of experience required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.

- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
