As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Monitor and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
