Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurology team at Texas Children's Hospital. As an Inpatient Staff Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with neurological conditions, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • 1 year of professional nursing experience in a hospital setting
