Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based ABA therapy principles and procedures.
  • Deliver one-on-one instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Collect and log detailed behavior and skill acquisition data accurately during sessions.
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by BCBAs for patients.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan implementation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to grow within the role.
