Duke Urology LPN Position

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Duke Urology of Raleigh. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients, working under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing procedures and patient responses, with the ability to evaluate and modify the plan of care as needed. You will also assist other healthcare personnel in the delivery of patient care, and participate in the development and implementation of general policies and procedures to ensure the emotional and physical comfort and safety of patients.
Responsibilities will include providing and documenting direct nursing care, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and participating in performance improvement activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining the environment of care, including equipment and material resources.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program, a North Carolina or Multistate LPN License, and BLS Certification. Work Environment:
