At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting return visits by following our Eight Steps of Service.

Hospitality
  • Ensure guests feel welcome and valued by providing attentive and personalized service.
  • Practice positive public relations by maintaining a clean and inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
Operational Excellence
  • Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Familiar with correct table bussing procedures.
  • Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.
Cleanliness
  • Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follow local health department laws.
