**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will support our clients in managing bookkeeping, cash flow, invoicing, account receivables and payables, and other key business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our financial reporting system and general ledger structure
  • Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records
  • Support the monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance with all entries and financial statements
  • Collaborate with our management team to review and analyze financial forecasts
  • Oversee and manage invoicing, customer collections, and bill payments as needed
  • Develop and maintain a seamless invoicing system
  • Manage all operational cash flow, ensuring adherence to our company policies
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly team meetings
  • Assist with client onboarding and administration as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Multitask and prioritize work with competing deadlines
  • Clearly and effectively communicate through written and oral means

**What We Offer**

The position is part-time and permanent with a competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience. This position will work approximately 10-15 hours per week and requires presence in our office on a regular basis.
