Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operator to join our team at DATTCO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through safe and reliable transportation services.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, navigating complex routes through diverse terrain.
  • Interact with clients, customers, sub-contracted drivers, and fellow company drivers onsite in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to include trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident and accident reports, vehicle condition reports, and other records requested by management.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as needed and fuel assigned vehicle(s) as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidates must have CDL (Class A or B) with P endorsement and one of the following: F, S, A, or V. DATTCO will train the right candidates to obtain their Commercial Driver's License.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently are required.
  • Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k with company match, life insurance, flexible spending account, and more.
