Position Overview:This role is essential in managing client expectations and aligning their strategic goals with the various Solution Segments within Information Services Division (ISD).
Candidates must exhibit a solid operational understanding and technical expertise to assess current workflows and comprehend the business strategies of our clients.
Understanding hospital operational processes is crucial, as is the ability to translate operational challenges to ISD solution teams. Candidates should demonstrate the capability to engage in projects and comprehend customer workflows along with key success factors. A professional demeanor and presence are essential while representing ISD and advocating for ISD strategies across our campuses.
Qualifications:
Education:
College Degree or equivalent experience in the Healthcare sector.
Licenses/Certifications: None required.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Proficient knowledge or experience in the deployment of large-scale and intricate Information Systems within a Healthcare setting. Familiarity with IT, Microsoft Office applications, and principles of adult learning and instructional design is preferred.
Understanding of effective Customer Relationship Management skills is necessary for efficient problem resolution, aimed at maximizing client satisfaction.
- Design and implement an educational strategy that equips clients with the necessary skills to perform their job functions effectively.
- Facilitate communication forums for clients to express their needs, ensuring alignment between ISD solutions and client requirements, along with a follow-up mechanism.
- Identify clinical and business system application requirements through process and workflow analysis with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to projects as a resource or team member, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of application systems and the ability to identify and articulate process issues affecting patient care.
- Integrate effectively into various work teams.
- Stay informed about technological advancements in the healthcare industry.
- Ensure safe care for patients, staff, and visitors; adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary constraints, including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service.
- Promote personal professional growth by fulfilling requirements for mandatory and continuing education, supporting departmental goals that contribute to organizational success, and serving as a resource for clients.
