We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at SynQor. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving state-of-the-art DC/DC converters.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-power DC/DC converters using advanced circuit theory and simulation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets manufacturing requirements.
- Perform circuit analyses and simulations to optimize converter performance.
- Design and lay out PCBs for DC/DC converters.
- Participate in vendor selection process for new components.
- Create detailed documentation for design and testing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required; MS/PhD preferred.
- 3-5 years of engineering and/or manufacturing experience; 3+ years in power electronic design.
- Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in the electronics industry with emphasis on design for manufacturability.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a Hi-Tech environment is a plus.
