Restaurant Expeditor

At Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, we are seeking a diligent Restaurant Expeditor to ensure seamless order delivery to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to verify the accuracy and quality of dishes before presenting them to the waitstaff.

Effective communication with the kitchen team is crucial to maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring that orders are ready on time. As a Restaurant Expeditor, you will be responsible for passing orders to the kitchen staff, inspecting dishes for quality and presentation, and notifying the waitstaff to serve the orders to the appropriate tables.

Customer Satisfaction: Your role is vital in ensuring that every service is delivered to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. This begins with maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant atmosphere. Some of our locations may require expeditors to perform server roles, which could include setting tables, clearing plates, arranging essential cutlery, and greeting customers with a friendly tone.

Preferred Skills: We are looking for a candidate with strong communication abilities and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types. A sympathetic ear, willingness to help, and a warm and friendly personality are essential for success in this role. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is also highly valued.
