Restaurant Expeditor

Job Summary:

The Expeditor at Keke's Breakfast Cafe is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pass orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner
• Inspect dishes to ensure they meet restaurant quality standards
• Notify servers when orders are ready for delivery
• Ensure a clean and friendly restaurant atmosphere
• Perform server roles as needed, including setting tables and greeting customers

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a fast pace
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect dishes for quality
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with kitchen and server staff
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
