Position Overview: Director of Tax Credit Compliance

We are looking for a Director of Tax Credit Compliance to ensure that Antora Energy adheres to federal and state incentives, grants, and programs. This position requires collaboration with multiple teams to ascertain requirements, oversee compliance, and remain informed about pertinent laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee adherence to federal and state incentives and grants
  • Work in partnership with internal and external teams to identify and communicate requirements
  • Oversee tax credit compliance reporting and auditing processes
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and relay this information to the team
  • Develop systems, processes, and training to maintain ongoing compliance
  • Provide compliance updates to executive leadership
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in grant compliance within the energy or manufacturing industries
  • In-depth knowledge of energy tax credit compliance
  • Proven project management capabilities
