Key Responsibilities:
- Provide orientation for patients, families, and caregivers regarding programs
- Serve as the primary coordinator for patient and family education

- Document assessment findings accurately

Required Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state; BSN is preferred
- A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting, with a preference for candidates with case management or critical care backgrounds
- Preferred certification in case management or utilization review
- Experience with InterQual is advantageous
Work Schedule:
- Per Diem staff are expected to work at least five shifts within a four-week period
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts is required
- Mandatory full-time orientation and training
