- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
