Cybersecurity Expert Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to lead our organization's cybersecurity efforts at Ministry Brands. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage security measures to protect critical data and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Cybersecurity Strategy: Create a comprehensive security plan aligned with business objectives, considering evolving threats and industry best practices.
  • Lead a Cybersecurity Team: Oversee and mentor a team of security professionals, assigning tasks and overseeing performance to ensure effective incident response and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct Regular Risk Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities and prioritize security controls, determining acceptable levels of risk for the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Cybersecurity Experience: Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and cloud platforms or related fields.
  • Relevant Certifications: Strong experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM).
  • Strong Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation techniques, as well as expertise in security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and leadership skills to motivate and develop a cybersecurity team.
Salary:

$150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location:

This position can be fully remote, but occasional travel may be required.
