Job Overview

General Purpose:
This role is focused on the remediation of mold in both residential and commercial environments, utilizing the necessary equipment and adhering to safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of job sites to ensure effective containment of mold and assessment of water or fire damage.
  • Develop familiarity with visual identification of mold, water damage, and fire damage.
  • Employ suitable equipment for mold remediation tasks.

Safety and Procedure:
Carry out remediation procedures with a strong emphasis on safety, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up containment areas and implementing engineering controls to maintain negative pressure.
  • Carefully demolishing affected regions and disposing of debris.
  • Performing detailed cleaning of the impacted areas.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to wear a full-body suit and a full-face respirator.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and environments with high temperatures and limited visibility.
  • Must wear appropriate work boots.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in attendance.

Additional Information:
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening is required. Travel may be necessary for this position.
