About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and competent Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing respiratory care services to patients in a public or private institution.
- Setting up equipment and providing instructions for its use.
- Performing complete medical evaluations of patients and making recommendations for treatment.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years performing services similar in scope to those defined herein.
- A current and valid license issued by the Respiratory Care Board to practice respiratory care in the State of California.
- A credential issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Graduation from an approved respiratory therapy program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care or its predecessor, the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education.
