Credit Control Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control professional to join our dynamic team at Cint. This role is a pivotal part of our Collections and Credit Control department, where you will play a key role in supporting our global client base across various regions in the effective management of our Credit Control Department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Timely collection of payments, optimizing cash flow and minimizing outstanding debts primarily focused on clients in the Americas region, with occasional assistance to colleagues in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Chasing of overdue accounts and invoices by telephone, and email.
  • Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled.
  • Dealing with customer invoice queries and liaising with staff members to settle queries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Credit Control.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent customer service skills (both over the phone and face to face).
  • The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
