The Automotive Customer Service Representative (ACSR) will provide outstanding service to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Your role will involve delivering precise information and maintaining detailed records of vehicle conditions, fuel levels, and other pertinent details.
In a dynamic outdoor setting, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the vehicles. Additionally, you will conduct routine non-mechanical maintenance efficiently and safely while identifying and reporting any vehicle damages. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet all clients upon their arrival.
Inquire about their experiences with our services, documenting feedback to enhance future interactions.
Ensure customers retrieve all personal items from their vehicles.
Conduct discreet inspections for damages on incoming vehicles and guide customers to the service counter for completion of damage reports.
Utilize proper procedures to confirm if vehicles are returned with a full tank of fuel.
Discuss and clarify rental fees, providing customers with accurate receipts.
Offer information regarding transportation options to the airport terminal, if necessary.
Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
Identify and label vehicles flagged for maintenance or servicing, ensuring their proper relocation.
Vehicle Maintenance Duties:
Responsible for vacuuming and preparing vehicles, transporting cars to and from wash facilities and service centers, and performing basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and changing tires.
Polish, dry, and clean windshields, windows, lights, mats, and the vehicle body by hand.
Vacuum, shampoo, apply air fresheners, and clean vehicle interiors (including stain removal as needed).
Assess the need for and replenish windshield fluid, fuel, oil, water, and antifreeze.
Conduct basic maintenance checks, including inspections of antennas, under the hood, inside the vehicle, and in the trunk.
May assist with local vehicle deliveries as required.
