Job Summary

The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrates product to customers, remains knowledgeable of advertised sales, and maintains pricing and signing.
  • Merchandising: Replenishes product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines, assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves, and restocks merchandise as required.
  • Teamwork: Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
