Key Responsibilities:- Engage in negotiations for personal injury cases with insurance providers.
- Lead a team that includes a case manager, administrative support, and medical lien negotiator.
- Prepare, review, and submit demand packages.
- Facilitate the settlement process for bodily injury claims.
- Negotiate attorney liens with other legal firms.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the process.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury or bodily injury claims is preferred.
- Proven negotiation and settlement skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team player.
- Positive demeanor and ability to work well with colleagues.
- Proficient in technology and comfortable in a digital workspace.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational abilities along with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $33.00/hr to $58.00/hr, depending on experience.
