Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Full Steam Staffing. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our facility in Dixon, CA.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our meat processing facility, where we prioritize both quality and safety.

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming products and materials.
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy of shipments with orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including updating databases and physical counts.
• Ensure that all shipping and receiving activities comply with safety standards and facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with production, quality, and logistics teams to manage flow and resolve issues.

• Previous experience in a shipping/receiving role or similar warehouse position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
