Assembly Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Siemens Energy is seeking a skilled Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing assembly operations on sub-assemblies and final products using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Review engineering documents for product assembly instructions and scope of work
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve daily challenges in a production environment
- Procure engineering documentation and Bill of Materials for daily tasks
- Mount and assemble components using various tools
- Ensure products are built to specification as per documentation
- Inspect assembly work in accordance with process checklists
- Perform secondary duties such as ordering materials and reporting status to supervisors
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical knowledge of analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions
- Ability to operate hand tools and computers
- Ability to work in an industrial, manufacturing environment
