We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at LMG Technology Services LLC. As a key member of our Mainframe Transformation Program, you will be responsible for performing advanced business analysis work related to implementing complex technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document business requirements for multiple inter-related projects, including software applications and data migration.
  • Assess and develop business processes, create and validate user acceptance testing, and provide research and special project support.
  • Work under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
  • Collaborate with business area personnel to design technical solutions and participate in user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in assessing technological issues and developing/maintaining an understanding of key business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, written/verbal/presentation communication skills in English.
  • Experience with IBM mainframe environments and Salesforce.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
