We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Associate to join our team at PRIDE Industries. Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain facilities, including offices, common areas, and restrooms
  • Operate and maintain custodial equipment, such as vacuums and buffers
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of work experience in custodial services
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures for safe use of chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Availability to work evenings and flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull equipment weighing up to 70 pounds
Work Environment

Work is performed in an office environment or at a customer's location, such as a commissary or military base. Employees may be exposed to toxic chemicals, noise, and varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
