Health Misinformation Analyst

The Health Misinformation and Trust InitiativeThe Health Misinformation and Trust Initiative is a new program aimed at tracking health misinformation in the U.S., analyzing its impact, and mobilizing media to address the problem. Our goal is to provide valuable information to those working on misinformation in health.
Your RoleWe are seeking a Health Misinformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Health Misinformation and Trust team, you will play a critical role in producing written content, including research reports, news-style articles, and newsletters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing the Health Misinformation Monitor and other products
- Assisting in preparing comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Developing presentation materials on health misinformation trends
- Conducting analysis of data and information on health misinformation
- Maintaining and updating databases of organizations addressing health misinformation
- Contributing to communication strategies to share findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects related to misinformation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant professional experience in writing and crafting content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proven track record of showing initiative and using creative problem-solving skills
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation includes an outstanding benefits package equivalent in value to approximately fifty percent of base salary.
