About the Role:

Crown Hotel & Travel Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change bed linen daily and ensure that all linens are clean and fresh.
  • Vacuum and dust all furniture, fixtures, and appliances in the room.
  • Remove fingerprints and smudges from all surfaces, including mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces.
  • Thoroughly clean the bathroom area, including the shower, sink, toilet, and floor.
  • Ensure that the room is set up to meet the highest standards of quality, including the placement of towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
  • Report any damage or missing items in the room to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.
  • Assist other housekeeping staff members as needed to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and thorough in your work.
  • Ability to perform consistent work to the highest standards.
  • Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant and friendly manner.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking, with frequent pulling, pushing, and bending.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
