Key Responsibilities

Manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all restaurant technology systems, ensuring they function effectively and efficiently.
Lead technical support initiatives, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
Design and implement training programs for staff on technology systems, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective use.
Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
Monitor data integrity, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management for better decision-making.
Liaise with technology vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and support services, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure that all systems comply with industry standards for data security, including safeguarding customer information and payment data.
Lead technology-related projects, from planning to execution, to enhance restaurant operations.
Oversee the integration and management of inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient stock control.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of POS systems and related restaurant technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
Familiarity with inventory management and workforce scheduling software is a plus.
Understanding of data security practices and compliance standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
