Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respite Weekend Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our Respite Program, you will provide temporary, quality care to children in our residential home and community environments. Your primary responsibility will be to work with children on treatment plan goals, psycho-social skills, and interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining, and cultural activities.
  • Transport children in our vehicles, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with children to achieve treatment plan goals and strengthen social skills.
  • Care for children ages 5-17 in our residential home environments, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in the behavioral health field, working with youth and families.
  • Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.
  • Two Negative Skin TB Tests or One Negative Blood TB Test.
  • Possess a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs.
