Position Overview
- The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in a home-like setting, adhering to established policies and state/federal regulations.
- Promotes the facility's commitment to excellence in patient care within a nurturing environment.
- Ensures exceptional service and care for patients, residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Certification Requirements
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant is required within 120 days of employment.
- BLS Certification is preferred.
Work Hours
- Shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays; 8 hours biweekly.
Compensation
- Hourly rate of $24.00.
