About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Maintenance of state certification as a certified nursing assistant
  • 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs
