About the Role

We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Take initiative to help individuals be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Expand your knowledge of psychology by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • No high school diploma required
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
