Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a NICU nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and families, providing emotional support and education as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
