Job Summary:

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Nursery department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
  • Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current MA RN license required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred
