The Role

As a Field Sales Professional at Conviva, you will play a pivotal part in enrolling new patients, generating leads through grassroots events and community partnerships, and nurturing leads through conversion. Your exceptional communication skills and proven track record of successful field sales/grassroots marketing performance will be key to your success in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage seniors through grassroots marketing and community partnerships to generate new prospective patients.
  2. Present our value-based care model in a compelling way, emphasizing a unique value proposition and benefits for each individual to improve health outcomes.
  3. Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle to drive patient growth.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and deliver seamless experiences for our current and prospective patients.
  5. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the senior healthcare market adjusting sales strategies and identify new growth avenues.
  6. Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities, lead funnel management, and market insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in field sales or grassroots marketing; ideally field sales with a focus on senior value-based care models or Medicare Advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including seniors, caregivers, and licensed agents.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and, therefore, requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.
  • This is a field sales position, not work from home, and may require evening or weekend hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $44,200 - $60,900 per year, based on starting base pay for full-time employment at 40 hours per week. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, which is based upon company and/or individual performance.
