Position Overview

The Parking Lot Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This position involves assisting customers with their grocery needs, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and adhering to all operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to every customer by greeting them warmly and offering assistance as needed.

• Efficiently bag groceries, ensuring proper placement of items for safety and convenience.

• Offer to carry groceries to customers' vehicles when requested.

• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the store, ensuring cleanliness and order.

• Maintain the checkout area by keeping it tidy and organized, including regular cleaning of surfaces.

• Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management promptly.

• Uphold safety standards by ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.

• Assist in maintaining product knowledge to better serve customers.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment is advantageous.
