Hi-Lo Driver

Description of Job Duties (Please list major type of duties performed)

1. Perform daily forklift inspection and maintenance, complete paperwork log

2. Move material throughout facility utilizing forklift (and crane, if applicable)

3. Ensure proper storage of dunnage and organization of container area

4. Ensure rotation of all production part inventories (First in, First out)

5. As directed, pick up supplies for Tool Crib from Building 1

6. Perform as a service department for all machine operators

7. Maintain department per Lay out

8. Empty chip hoppers and sweep up area around scrap metal containers. Clean behind and under the roll-off hoppers during removal/replacement. Keep parking lot clean.

9. Maintain a good driving record and operate equipment in accordance with all safety regulations

10. Shipping and Receiving duties. As directed, perform daily inventory counts of finished inventory & outside processing.

11. Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)

12. Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping

13. Comply and participate in housekeeping, safety and environmental polices

14. Other duties as defined by Supervisor
