Ultimate Therapy LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Chevy Chase. As a member of our therapy department, you will provide exceptional care to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to patients with various needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • An active state OT license is required.
  • This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
