As a travel COTA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapist License required
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Covid vaccine required
  • 1 or more years of experience in a SNF setting
  • $1000 new hire bonus

Pay Package:
