Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive science instruction, adhering to established curriculum guidelines and schedules.
  • Develop lesson plans and educational activities, including preparing instructional materials, class projects, and providing constructive feedback to students to ensure mastery of the subject matter.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to explore interdisciplinary teaching opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic progress, assignments, and student needs.
  • Participate in scheduled parent-teacher conferences throughout the academic year.
  • Keep accurate records of grades and assessments in an online format.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree and appropriate certification. Candidates should hold a Certificate of Eligibility, with guidance available for obtaining full certification in the relevant state. Applicants must demonstrate cultural awareness, effective communication skills with diverse families and students, mastery of subject content, and a collaborative spirit. High expectations for student achievement and a foundational understanding of child development are essential.
