Embossing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Letterpress Operator to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a global leader in premium labels, we help brands stand out in competitive markets and inspire positive consumer experiences.

• Operate the Bobst press to produce high-quality products, including Steel Rule Die Cutting, Embossing, and Foil Stamping.
• Prepare substrates for press and follow department guidelines for loading and unloading.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the press and inspect machine guards for safety issues.
• Use equipment safely, including push jacks, electric lifts, and electric walk-behind jacks.
• Comply with facility safety policies and procedures, including GMP, HACCP, and BRC regulations.
• Interact professionally with colleagues and maintain a respectful work environment.
• Maintain daily housekeeping efforts, including painting and cleaning of the facility.

• Physical demands include standing, using hands to feel and touch, reaching, talking, and hearing.
• Frequent walking is required, with occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds is necessary.
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus are required.
