Embossing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Embossing Specialist to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a global leader in premium labels, we help brands stand out in competitive markets and inspire positive consumer experiences.

• Operate Press Equipment: Run every type of operation on the Bobst press, including Steel Rule Die Cutting, Embossing, and Foil Stamping.
• Prepare Substrate: Prepare any substrate for press and follow all department guidelines on how loads are prepared and how they should leave the press.
• Maintenance and Safety: Perform preventive maintenance on the press each week, inspect machine guards, and alert Maintenance and Supervisor of any safety issues.
• Quality Control: Read and understand club and job tickets to correctly produce the highest quality product.
• Teamwork: Interact and behave professionally, treat all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining company code of ethics.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain daily housekeeping efforts, including painting and cleaning of facility (interior and exterior).

• Physical Demands: Standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
• Physical Abilities: Frequent walking, occasional climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lifting and Moving: Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision Requirements: Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
