Job Overview

Continent Solution System Inc (CSS) is a leading provider of freight forwarding and supply chain management services. Our operations encompass brokerage, warehousing, and distribution, focusing on delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with customers daily to manage fulfillment orders.
  • Assisting the warehouse team in ensuring shipment accuracy for both incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Preparing items for dispatch utilizing our internal warehouse management system.
  • Addressing any discrepancies or returns related to shipments.
  • Maintaining logs, generating monthly reports, and managing inventory as required.
  • Tracking shipments and coordinating with carriers, truckers, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolving billing inquiries as they arise.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in the logistics sector is advantageous.
  • A proven ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Self-motivation with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with web-based software applications (WMS, Go Freight, etc.).
