Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Novant Health. As a CRNA III, you will provide professional, competent anesthesia care to a wide variety of patients, from pediatric to geriatric populations, requiring surgical, obstetrical, and other anesthesia services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care to patients in a tertiary medical center with multispecialty trauma services and multiple NORA sites.
  • Participate in call coverage and make up designated specialty teams such as Cardiac, Neuro, and Neonatal teams.
  • Practice within the full scope of CRNA privileges and participate in at least one department committee and/or department project per fiscal year.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, BSN required, and graduate from both an accredited school of nursing and school of nurse anesthesia.
  • Experience: Previous experience is not necessary, but a four to six week orientation period is required.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required, and CRNA by NBCRNA required.
