Job Summary
KinderCare Education is seeking Teachers to join our team at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio center. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing our research-backed curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging environment where children can learn and grow
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support your center's success by achieving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts

Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently

Compensation
