Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment strategies.
  • Conduct physical assessments and request necessary diagnostic evaluations.
  • Identify and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Administer cosmetic injections, including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as IV therapies.
  • Provide education to patients regarding treatment alternatives and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation of patient interactions.
  • Instruct patients on self-care practices following cosmetic procedures.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
  • Stay informed on the latest medical research and best practices in aesthetic care.
  • Engage in quality improvement projects and assist in developing clinical guidelines.
  • Revise and formulate protocols for various initiatives and programs offered by the wellness center.

Qualifications:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role.
  • Proficient clinical skills, particularly in administering injections, sutures, and IV placements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
