About the Job:

This is a PRN position, and we offer flexible scheduling options. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing plans of care, and implementing interventions to help our patients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct initial assessments within 48 hours of referral">
  • Develop and implement plans of care">
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and treatment to patients">
  • Document all findings, plans, and interventions in patient records">
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A graduate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program">
  • Current registration or licensure as required by state(s) of practice">
  • At least two years' experience in a healthcare facility or equivalent experience">
  • CPR certification">
  • A reliable driver with good driving record and automobile insurance">
