Bank Security Specialist

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a highly skilled Bank Protection Security Professional to join our team. As a Bank Protection Security Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons.
- Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances to management.
- Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site.
- Monitor closed-circuit television systems and alarms.
- Meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing and permit requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and guests.
- Answer questions and assist guests and employees.
- Patrol the facility on foot or in a vehicle.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 21 years of age.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
- Be able to obtain a valid Guard License as required in the state for which you are applying.
- Current state driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
- Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple competing assignments.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
- Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must possess effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology.
- Highly organized and ability to follow procedures concisely and consistently.
Working Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use both hands, is frequently required to stand, sit, stoop, talk, and hear.
- The employee must constantly walk, stand, reach with both hands and arms, and must be able to drive a vehicle.
- May be required to work in various environments, including adverse outdoor conditions.
- Must be able to focus and multitask in a busy environment.
