Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hydrovac Operator to join our team at Burton Oil Service Operations, LLC. As a Hydrovac Operator, you will be responsible for driving and operating the Hydrovac truck on various locations and sites, including pipeline projects, rig sites, and completion sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the Hydrovac truck to customer locations to perform potholing, trenching, locating, and cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor safety requirements and training for each customer.
  • Ensure accurate work tickets and driving logbooks.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on the Hydrovac truck.
  • Use hand tools and other equipment associated with the vehicle.
Requirements
  • 1 year of driving experience required; 3 years preferred.
  • Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement required.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be skilled in operation of heavy equipment and have Hydrovac truck experience.
  • Must pass all drug screenings, including randoms.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The Hydrovac Operator will work in a shop, field, and office environment, using computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed. The position requires continuous sitting, standing, wrist turning, grasping, pinching, and finger manipulation, frequent turning and twisting, and occasional reaching. Weather elements can be extreme cold, heat, and wind. Occasionally required to lift or carry up to lbs. and push/pull occasionally required for up to lbs.
